Shipping & Receiving Rules for The Gallery ONE

Shipping:

 

Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer our customers free shipping for orders over $150.

Standard Shipping Fee: For all other orders, a standard shipping fee of $7.75 will be applied.

Art Pieces:

 

Made-to-Order: Every product you purchase from The Gallery ONE is uniquely crafted, made-to-order just for you. This exclusivity means that we begin the production process as soon as your order is placed.

Returns & Refunds: Due to the bespoke nature of our art, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders. Furthermore, we cannot accommodate changes or cancellations to orders after 24 hours from the moment the order is placed. If you identify an error in your order, please reach out to us promptly at art@thegalleryone.com.

Damage in Transit: While we take the utmost care to ensure that your order reaches you in pristine condition, there are rare instances where products might be damaged during shipping. If your product arrives damaged:

Send clear and detailed photos of the damage, including images of the packaging, to art@thegalleryone.com.

Damage photos must be submitted in either .jpeg or .png format.

For a Damage Review, adhere to the following conditions:

The images showcasing the damage should be clear and submitted within 72 hours following the delivery date as indicated by the shipping provider.

Photos of the damage should be taken immediately upon receipt, ensuring the art piece hasn't been hung or installed.

A Damage Review will be conducted over a period of a minimum of 30 business days. After this review, The Gallery ONE may choose to either replace or repair the artwork at its sole discretion.

If we opt to send a replacement or undertake repairs, it will depend on our current manufacturing capacity, inventory, and availability. Shipping timelines will be applicable, and you might be required to bear the return shipping costs if The Gallery ONE decides to replace or repair the product(s).

Gourmet Delights:

 

For our gourmet delights, we do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of these items.

 

Other Products:

 

For non-art pieces, a return fee of $5 will be applied.
